Privacy Policy

Aesthetic Fonts is a static site with no accounts and no sign-in, so there is very little to say here — but what there is, is said plainly. "We" below means the people who run this site.

1. What happens to the text you type

It stays on your device. Styles are generated by JavaScript running in your own browser, so the words you type are never transmitted to us and there is nothing on our side to store, read or lose.

2. What is kept in your browser

Styles you pin are written to your browser's local storage, on your device only. They are not sent anywhere and we cannot see them. Clearing your site data removes them, and nothing breaks if it is blocked.

3. Measurement

We count visits so we know which pages are worth working on. That means aggregate figures — pages viewed, rough country, type of device — not a profile of you. Where we use a third-party analytics service, it is subject to its own policy as well as this one.

4. Advertising and cookies

Advertising on this site is supplied by third-party networks, Google AdSense among them. Those networks may set cookies and may use your earlier browsing to decide which ads to show. That choice is theirs, not ours, and it is the one part of this site that involves tracking. You can turn personalised ads off in Google's own ad settings, and most browsers will block third-party cookies for you.

5. Links out

Where we link to another site, that site's privacy practices and content are its own responsibility, not ours.

6. Children

There is nothing to sign up for here and we ask for no personal details from anyone. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

7. Updates

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date above.
